Requesting an adjustment or remake review

  2. 02The lab reviews the original records and the case documentation.
  3. 03The lab confirms whether an adjustment, a remake review or a return is appropriate.
  4. 04If a return is needed, the lab issues a return authorisation and instructions.
  5. 05The outcome and any changes are documented on the case.
