Before You Send the First Case

  • Call (725) 745-7286 to verify the first transmission.
  • Use the scanner manufacturer's secure case workflow for clinical files.
  • Never put patient names, scans, photographs, radiographs, prescriptions, or other protected health information into the public Send a Case web form.
  • If a platform connection is unavailable, contact Three in One Dental Designs for the currently approved secure method. Patient files are never sent by email.

Already using a digital scanner?

Clinical files are sent through your verified manufacturer portal connection or the Three in One Dental Designs Dropbox upload handoff — never through this website. Start the case request first, and the laboratory reviews the submitted records and confirms whether anything else is required before production begins.

Platform interfaces change. Instructions last reviewed August 31, 2026. Use the linked manufacturer guidance and contact Three in One Dental Designs if your screen differs.
